“I GIVE to the Parish of St. Joseph’s, Ōrākei, Auckland, (St Joseph’s Ōrākei Ecclesiastical Goods Trust – Charity Registration Number CC29143) the residue of my estate (or _% of my residuary estate or the sum of $-, or a description of the property or asset given) for its general purposes, and I declare that the receipt of the Parish Priest or other authorised officer shall be full and sufficient discharge for my Trustees.
IF the Parish of St. Joseph’s Ōrākei, Auckland, no longer exists at the time of the disbursement of the bequest above, THEN I give this bequest to the Roman Catholic Diocese of Auckland (Ecclesiastical Goods Trust – Charity Registration Number CC29112, also known as the Catholic Diocese of Auckland) for the general purposes of the Auckland Diocese and declare that the receipt of the Diocesan Manager of Auckland or other authorised officer shall be full and sufficient discharge for my Trustees.”
